Cancellation Policy

At Road to the Moon, each product is uniquely printed on demand for each customer. Due to the nature of our print-on-demand services, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it. Refund Policy

While we strive for customer satisfaction with every order, we understand that issues can sometimes occur, particularly with regards to product defects or damages incurred during shipping.

1. Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products

  • Eligibility: We only offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive defective or damaged.
  • Process: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at hello@roadtothemoon.in. Include detailed information about the defect or damage and attach clear photos as evidence.
  • Evaluation: Once we receive your email, we will examine the evidence and may request additional information. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or replace the item at no additional cost.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: In cases of defects or damages, we will cover any shipping costs for returning the defective or damaged goods. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

2. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@roadtothemoon.in.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, follow the instructions provided after contacting us.

Note: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer dissatisfaction or errors in order selection (such as choosing the wrong size or color).
